Henrik Falkner Henrik Falkner is a partner in Munich and leads the firm's real estate practice. He advises investors, family businesses and property owners on transactions, commercial leases and development projects.

Prior to joining Hallström Ostermeyer, he practised for many years in the real estate team of a commercial firm, advising on property transactions and developments.

He combines real estate expertise with corporate law advisory, particularly regarding share deal structures and reorganisations of holding companies.
